Found the perfect faucet online? Great — we'll install it, and we'll tell you honestly if the valve behind your wall isn't compatible before you're stuck with it. Homeowner-supplied fixtures are welcome; the manufacturer's warranty stays with you and ours covers the installation.
Prefer we handle it? We'll source a fixture that fits your budget and your existing plumbing, and it comes with parts and labor covered together. Either way you get the same install.
The clean-work promise
Boot covers on at the door, drop cloths down, old fixture hauled away, and the workspace wiped down before we go. You should be able to tell we were there because the faucet is new — not because of the trail through the hallway.
Pricing
Flat price per fixture, quoted before we start, including shutoff valves and supply lines if yours are past their prime. If we find something unexpected behind the wall, we stop and show you before spending your money.
Heads up: a standard $90 diagnostic and trip fee applies to all service visits. It covers travel and a full diagnosis, and you get an upfront price before any repair work starts. The fee is waived if any work is completed.
