A traditional tank costs less up front, installs quickly, and is a great fit for most New Hampshire homes with predictable hot water use. You're limited to what's in the tank, and you pay to keep that water hot around the clock.
A tankless unit heats on demand, never runs out, takes up a fraction of the space, and typically lasts longer. It costs more up front and often needs gas line, venting, or electrical upgrades — which is exactly the kind of thing we check before quoting, not after.
